Our comfortable country hotel is located in the beautiful Thayatal, one of the last untouched natural paradises, right on the banks of the dammed Thaya. From your room you have a wonderful view of Raabs Castle from the 11th century.

 

All of our 3-star superior rooms (Thaya side) have a balcony or terrace and of course the most modern comforts such as shower / toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV and telephone. In our stylishly furnished restaurant, in our hidden oasis, the idyllic guest garden, or in our cozy larch parlor, we spoil you with international delicacies as well as local delicacies made from regional products. We use carp, young cattle, free-range pigs, poppy seeds, potatoes and much more exclusively from the Waldviertel.

Your body and soul will find rest and relaxation in our wellness area with bio sauna (light therapy), Finnish sauna, outdoor whirlpool, Thaya river bath, sunbathing area, relaxation loungers ...

A wide variety of running, Nordic walking and cycling trails start right in front of the hotel. We are happy to provide you with Nordic walking sticks, rental bikes or a Nordic walking instructor.
